I'm Christina Marie Montgomery—a proud Chicago native, passionate educator, certified life coach, and transformational speaker. With 18 years in education and 11 as a principal, I’ve dedicated my life to inspiring others to grow, lead, and heal. I’m the founder of Teen Spirit LLC, a platform created to uplift and empower teens and adults navigating emotional wounds and life transitions. As a doctoral candidate and a woman on her own healing journey, I guide others—especially women of color—through soul work, coaching, and spiritual practices to reclaim their worth and rise into their highest selves.
